PRODUCT EXCHANGES AND PRODUCTS MISSING IN TRANSIT

1. YOU CAN EXCHANGE THE PRODUCTS IN CASE YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCTS MISMATCHING YOUR ORDER
2. YOU CAN GET IN TOUCH AND REQUEST A NEW PRODUCT IF IT’S BEEN PROVEN TO BE LOST IN TRANSIT
3. THE COMPANY WILL EXCHANGE OR RE-SHIP THE PRODUCT WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER BEING CONTACTED BY THE CUSTOMER (FOR DOMESTIC SHIPPING); FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, THE COMPANY WILL TAKE ACTION WITHIN 60 DAYS. THE COMPANY WILL TAKE CARE OF THE NEW SHIPPING’S CHARGES.
4. IN CASE THE PRODUCTS COULD NOT BE SHIPPED DUE TO EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES, SUCH AS NATURAL DISASTERS, TERRORISM, POLITICAL PROTESTS, ETC. THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE PRODUCT SHIPMENT AND THE COMPANY WILL REFUND THE CUSTOMER.
5. THE PRODUCT’S RETURN ADDRESS MUST BE THE CHANNEL AS STATED AND CANNOT BE OTHER CHANNELS.
